IT Hardware Portfolio   

I currently work in an environment that services roughly 3 Thousand Users & accompanying hardware nationwide, that is growing rapidly.

  • Handle Technical issues that are escalated from the Tier One Helpdesk Agents & to assist and guide them in resolving the issues that arise and providing guidance to help them improve and learn new troubleshooting skills and abilities
  • Create and deploy Hardware & Software In Addition To The Base System images that provide the necessary tools in relation their job titles.

One of the tools that is used to create and distribute the correct software is WDS/MDT, so if issues arise or a machine has issues and it is reimaged in place instead of being pulled from the field(Select Locations Only).
